Coming back from Spring Break:
At the end of today, it felt like I had not even gone on vacation. So, right back into the fray!
This week we were assigned to develop our second stakeholder. Developing your second stakeholder based on the first stakeholder. My first stakeholder is upcoming OU students, all genders, students enrolled, looking to get involved at the opportunities in OU programs. Creating the second stakeholder as an influencer to the first stakeholder is a great strategy. Since the first stakeholder is a recently enrolled student, so this could be a parent or a relative who is an alum.
- 38 – 65 years old
- all genders
- Combined Household Income: $65,000 – $150,000
This stakeholder can be from Baby Boomers to Generation X. Baby Boomers are described as individualists, competitive, and sober, however, they can be frugal, materialistic and stressed. Generation X are pragmatic, action-orientated, computer literate, but they are non-ideological. These aspects should increase the chances of them contributing to OU through donations and/or increased enrollment. They can also be in positions where they are influencing their future students to be involved in OU and its programs.
That’s all for now, see you soon!
